Shipping Policy
For international shipments, receiver is responsible for all customs duties, fees, and/or taxes.

For orders that do not contain any custom processing, your payment method will be charged when your order is preparing to ship*.
For orders that contain items that need custom processing, your payment method will be charged when production begins.

Return Policy
Returns for items that did not have custom processing* are accepted in a 30 day window after your product is delivered. Returned product(s) must be unused and in the condition that they were delivered in.
Custom processed items* cannot be returned. If you are not satisfied please reach out so we can help make it right!
* Custom processable items include but are not limited to: wire that has been cut to length, marked, or stripped, or pins that have been crimped.
